Was not impressed on how this company sends substandard equipment to peoples homes. Peoples life's depend on this. Was impressed with Tom and Jonathan tho. That's the only good thing I will say.
When I went in for the first time to pick up my supplies, he took me to a room to explain the CPAP machine. He spent about an hour explaining how to use it, how to clean it, how to order supplies. He asked if I wanted help putting the mask on. I told him I'll do it at home. He said I ever need help to let them know.
