For the last two years apple tree has done my taxes. This year I received a letter with bold print on what they won't be doing, along with extra charges. Letter was rather rude. Forgetting to boldly thank the customer that keep them in business. Environmental was never friendly. After receiving the letter decided to seek a new tax service. So thankful I did.
