Calling this company when there is a problem is a joke. Call on Monday morning and get called back Thursday afternoon...then they decide that they can't do what is needed for the patient. Absolutely ridiculous. Some of the nurses are amazing but the office staff leave a lot to be desired.
Joy R. is the best!!! Such an amazing person and so helpful in answering all our questions. The PT/OT and speech staff are awesome and a pleasure to work with! I would use this team over and over again! 5 stars!!!
