Awful billing. Fought for a year to get them to bill correctly and they never did. Had another incidence that my first bill was a “final bill before collections”. Asked for an actual statement instead of the balance forward bill they send. Never got it. Parkview needs to change companies.

I DID NOT choose this lab PARKVIEW did. I would never use them again if I had. Rachel in the billing department is awful. First, she submitted a bill to my insurance with the wrong birth date, so it was denied. Then her office told me she was the only person in the office who could fix the issue. Unfortunately, she was out of the office for two days. When I was finally able to speak to Rachel, she told me she was ENTITLED to days off. I agree that she is allowed to take time off, but shouldn't someone else in the office be able to fix problems? There was never an apology only ENTITLEMENT.

This place is terrible. Parkview emergency services uses this place for procedures, and they are not considered in-network for the insurance companies that are in-network for Parkview. Which you will pay Parkview's full price AND you will pay their full bill... Not to mention their billing department is absolutely atrocious. They can't get billing right. They file claims for "service dates" that differ from the actual day you went to the hospital which means the whole bill will need resubmitted. Their billing department is absolutely useless and they do not negotiate anything. Avoid if you can.
