They are mostly a walk in basis which makes the wait times quite long sometimes. It’s best to come in as soon as they open but it’s recommended for everyone to do that so it doesn’t necessarily make the wait less it just means you will be seen.
The doctor was great! Patient, gentle, knowledgeable. I had my daughter with me and the staff were very kind to us and even gave her a coloring book and crayons.
She loved the parrot in the waiting room. Not super noisy but did talk to us when we said hi and that made her whole day.
Also it was much cheaper than I had expected. I took a hedgehog and a cat and got some cream for my cat’s eye and it totaled under 200$.

I love the staff and service here. They are kind and committed to pet care. They are walk in only so your wait can be time consuming, but for the care and cost I do not mind waiting!
