1&Done Maintenance LLC is a property maintenance and handyman company. Johnnie got offered a job that was pretty complex but that did not steer him away instead he tackled it head on and exceeded expectations. He was great from the beginning with the communication and then just going above and beyond to give us a gazebo. Johnnie did a repair on a deck side wall. The structure was essentially re-built and is now better and more structurally sound than when it was first built. Excellent work that was completed just as promised, and direct communication with their team throughout the process. Johnnie recently tackled a huge list of repairs, everything from plumbing to electrical work. He even replaced a broken front door and fixed a fallen fence. The quality of his work is fantastic, and he finished everything much faster than anticipated. His pricing was more than fair, actually better than expected for the amount of work done. Johnnie is professional, helpful, and clearly takes pride in his work. Had to have a door replaced and Johnnie did a great job with such a difficult job due to framing issues. Would recommend anytime.
