This is the first time I have ever gotten my eyebrows done and it wasn't painful. Rita was very considerate of my sensitive skin and did my eyebrows exactly how I asked.

Extremely disappointed. I came in today because it said they were open. When I came in there was no one there. I called a few times for someone to finally answer. They told me they will be available at 1pm. I came back at 12:55. No one was still there so I waited till 1pm. it was 1:10pm and still no one. I called again and got no response. I got a text a few minutes later saying their employee will be running late. I asked what time will she be able to come in and she said 2pm. Extremely inconsiderate and terrible customer service.

Walked in hoping to get my brows threaded. The woman working there was very nice and she did a great job with my very unruly brows. Will definitely be back!
