I bought my house built by the Thieneman group about two years ago. The house is beautifully made and any small blemish that came up due to the house settling was taken care of in a timely manner with precision. This group is outstanding when it comes to the continued development of the neighborhood and keeping up with the HOA. I would recommend a Thieneman home to anyone.
I've got to say the Thieneman Group has an outstanding group of people working for them and that's no surprise being that they themselves are extremely great people. Not only do they build beautiful homes of high quality, taking the time to ensure things are built correctly and to the highest standards, but they're also very easy-going to work with on all other aspects. Over the two years I've lived in one of their homes I've not had any major issues with the home itself. Any small things like nail pops or touchups needed (normal house settling items) have been taken care of by the Thieneman group with swift action as they stand by their homes and the people who live in them. I've also had nothing but good encounters with their staff and the developer himself when it comes to addressing HOA violations of other neighbors or when it comes to taking care of requests I have for other matters. They've always been very responsive to me and have always had my best interest in mind as they do for all of their residents. The developer himself along with his staff will go out of their way to ensure their residents are taken care of, being treated right by neighbors, and that they have comfortability and peace of mind within their neighborhoods. I would totally recommend to anyone looking for a new construction property to choose a Thieneman built home, you'll be glad you did.
We had Thieneman group, build our house a couple of years ago. They have been wonderful. Every time I have had any issue with the house they have taken the time to come and look at it and fix it if necessary. They followed through on all of the promises made, and I am so happy we chose them to build our house. We love our neighborhood too.
