I bought a new house from ASB in October 2023. I had a few minor issues which were taken care of right away. Greg has been very helpful explaining things, following up and making sure that I love my house. A few things came up for the 30-day walkthrough and everything was taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. Robby (not sure of spelling) kept me updated on scheduling the work and making sure everything was satisfactory. I love my ASB home.

Pam and I would like to thank ASB for building our dream home. ASB made the process easy and enjoyable throughout the whole build. Everyone was helpful and worked as a team; because of their teamwork our home was done in 5 months. The craftsmanship of their homes is incomparable to other builders that we looked at. They could not compare to ASB craftsmanship that they put into their homes. They also allowed us to visit the job site at any time during the whole building process.We recommend ASB to anyone who is thinking about or wanting to build a new home.
