Found out I was traveling for work at the last minute, I called up Nu-Yale and they were able to get 6 items dry cleaned and returned the next day!!! Exactly what I needed!!! Excellent job!!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Fast, friendly, affordable. I had a suit and dress shirt dry cleaned and it was dropped off Monday and ready for pickup by Wednesday. I will be going back!

I took my comforter in for dry cleaning. I was expecting it to be smooth and wrinkle free when I picked it up. When I placed it on my bed, it looked like it had been through the wringer. There are so many wrinkles and the filler material bunched up down the center of the comforter. I called the store but the manager was gone for the day. The employee I spoke with said they were going to let the manager know and took my name and number. Four days later and I've not heard from her. I figured the comforter was sent to the location in Jeffersonville, IN for the actual cleaning process. I filled out an online form on the Jeffersoville location's website explaining my concerns with the results. I have not heard from them. The lack of communication is as disappointing as the appearance of my comforter. I wanted an explanation of the process used to clean comforters because I wasn't expecting it to be washed in the conventional way with water.
