They had a crew out the same day to repair the correct area of the roof around the plumbing vent pipe. The repair looks solid, and I don't expect to see any further leaks in that area.
The following day, someone came out to repair the drywall in my bathroom. They set up a fan to allow everything to dry properly and will be returning Monday to paint. So far, the drywall repair is also looking great.
I appreciate the owner reaching out to me personally and taking quick action to resolve the issue. While my original experience led to frustration, I also believe it's important to recognize when a company takes responsibility and makes things right.
Based on how this was ultimately handled, I would recommend Andes Roofing again and would definitely consider using them in the future.”
