“I visited the studio a few times and met many of the trainers there along with the studio owner, Nez. They were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful with not just personal training, but advice as well. All the trainers had undivided attention on their clients and the clients seemed more than happy to be there. The studio is very clean, well maintained, and has a variety of equipment for all different needs. This is a great place to train and comes along with a sense of belonging. You know you will be taken care of at the studio :)“

“They rate well because they do a good job of training in self defense.They lose a star for a couple of reasons:- Junior is temperamental. You rub him the wrong way and he's going to go off on you verbally. It takes a LOT of effort to calm him down after he's triggered.- Canceling membership requires a printed letter either hand delivered or sent via certified mail. Kind of an annoyance especially if you would rather not go back into the facility.“
