Brent is amazing with BOTH my kids! I have a boy and a girl and he makes sure they both are working on things specified to them and their development! Stretching and recovery are also a part of the sessions so he really cares about the full experience! Oh and my kids love him! 10/10 recommend ❤
We truly cannot say enough great things about Brent! He worked with our daughter years ago, and now is working with our son, Drew. It says a lot that after all these years, he was the person we wanted to come back to!!
He is incredibly knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand each athlete and what they need individually. With Drew, he focuses on all the right things—strength, movement, technique, confidence, and doing everything safely and correctly. He challenges him while still making the workouts fun and something Drew looks forward to!!
I really appreciate knowing that Drew is in such good hands. You can tell he genuinely cares about the athletes he works with and wants to help them improve in a healthy, well-rounded way. We have been so thrilled with the experience and the progress we’ve seen.
I would recommend him without hesitation to any parent looking for someone who is knowledgeable, encouraging, trustworthy, and truly invested in helping young athletes become stronger and more confident.
I’ve been working with Brent at Studio Fit’nez for several years now and it has been a perfect experience from start to finish. His knowledge and energy, and ability to adapt a plan to your specific needs are second to none. He’s also flexible, responsive, and
The facility is also top notch. Very clean and the energy is always positive and welcoming. A great fit for anyone at any fitness level.
