Clean and very friendly. I would have put 5 stars but I asked about what product would remove spray tan stains on the hands and was sold a Mit that Did Not remove it at all so I feel like it was just recommended to get a sale even after spending $800!!! But other then that it was good.
The girls working there need to learn phone manners. Whoever was working there tonight answered the phone very rudely and hung up because I asked her a question about the specials. I don't understand how these girls are hired when they can't even talk to people in a appropriate manner.
My spray tan was uneven. Won't be going back. The check in process took 30 minutes and they took a lot of personal information. Completely unnecessary. The staff was friendly, but they tried to upsell me on tanning packages and lotions.
