My daughter and I have been going to Sun Tan City in Fishers for quite a while, and we absolutely love it! Gretchen, the manager, and Avery, the assistant manager, consistently provide outstanding customer service. They are always friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to help with any questions or recommendations!

I’ve been to Suntan City twice recently, and I just wanted to say Alyssa was amazing both times. One visit she was working completely by herself, and even though it was busy, she still managed to keep everything running smoothly, help every customer, and stay super friendly the whole time. You could tell she was really trying her best, and she handled the pressure so well. Courtney was also very nice and was amazing at selling lotions. She is very nice! Sadly, I can’t say the same about Avery. She came across pretty rude and made the experience feel uncomfortable. It was a huge difference. Amazing! I had Avery helping me and she was great; super friendly and answered all my many questions. All the staff was super friendly and made my first experience enjoyable! Will be coming back everyday 🤩
