Late on a Saturday afternoon I noticed my water heater was leaking and water was going all over the floor of my utility room. I called Roto Rooter and the person who took my call was kind and assured me someone would be out that evening to assess the situation.
Dillon arrived that evening and quickly determined what the issue was and helped to stop the leaking. He gave me a few options of how to proceed and on Sunday morning he came back and installed a new water heater. He was very friendly, thorough, and now I have a new unit that is not leaking. Cannot recommend enough!

Miguel Campos took his time explaining and re-explaining what was going to need to be done. He was thorough, very knowledgeable, and personable. While water restoration/ remediation wasn't something we were hoping for, Miguel made the process easy to understand and gave us confidence in what was being done.

Appointment was easy to make online. Little glitch where it seemed to have made three appointments. The lady who called me to confirm the appointment cleared that problem up. My tech was Kahnigte. He arrived on time. He was very professional. He got the sink cleared out after a couple of initial attempts with his machine. He made sure everything was working before he left. He also gave me advice on how to avoid a similar problem in the future.
