They arrived shortly after 7: am and went right to work. They put down tarps to catch debris, even set boxes over flowers to prevent damage. They explained what they were doing and notified me that they were going to need to get more sheeting, which I was figuring on anyway. When they completed the work,they went around the house multiple times to be sure that they had picked up all debris. They even used a me magnetic sweeper to get any loose nails. I would highly recommend Republic Roofing. From start to finish they went above and beyond our expectations! Quality workmanship and pricing was very fair and much lower than the other quotes we received!
From our initial contact with the Sales guys from Republic, until the last scrap of metal was removed from the yard and the last roofing nail picked up from our driveway by the roofing crew, our relationship with their entire team could not have been better and our opinion of their work and work ethic could not have been any higher. During the removal of the old roof, the roofers spotted a badly deteriorated furnace and hot water tank vent pipe and brought that to my attention so that I could have the dangerous condition properly dealt with. From the top down, the Republic folks have demonstrated that they are truly professionals in every way.
