I placed my order for new glasses the beginning of September. The glasses came in 6 days later which was great, but the wrong prescription was sent in and almost 3 weeks later I still have not received my corrected glasses. If there are no issues it's a great place to go but if you have a problem they are VERY SLOW at fixing it and will put you on the back burner unless you keep after them. Very few of my phone calls have been returned when I've called asking for status and I am still waiting on my last request for a call back on status. At this point I cannot recommend their customer service.

Dr. Meriano knows his stuff - Been seeing him for almost 10 years. He's not in my network and I come all the way from the west side to see him but it's worth it. Very knowledgeable and gets me out quick. Highly recommend.
