Everyone at IVS is great - from the techs to the Doc. We have never felt rushed. Doctor Shoonover took as much time as we needed to understand the procedures. He did a great job of explaining what was happening and why and checked 2 or 3 times to make sure we understood and didn't have any further questions. During the procedure everyone involved was friendly and professional. Their banter with each other made it obvious they get along. That is a sign of a well run practice. Everyone seems to enjoy their job. Oh, and the procedure went great.

Amazing experience and I highly recommend this location, surgeon, and staff. Jen scheduled my appointment within a week, walked me though the upcoming visit with patience and kindness. Vanessa had impressive skills and a warm bedside manner as she worked on my many spider veins. I will return and refer family and friends.

Everyone at the Fishers office is awesome! Nay was wonderful at making me feel at ease about the whole process. He explained every process in detail which is very reassuring. The assistant in the room was also very helpful in letting me know what to expect as the procedure was done. And..... last but never least....Dr Schoonover was fabulous !! He also was very informative as to what he was going to do in the procedure. He was very conscious about how I was feeling through out the procedure. So great! The office staff is unusually helpful. From appointments to insurance, patience thorough. Thank you to Everyone !
