Indiana Vein & Lymphatic

I didn't realize how long I'd been living in discomfort, until it got to the point where I couldn't kneel in my garden or sit with my legs bent without pain and cramping. I feel like I have new legs now, not only how they feel, but how they look. The procedures were relatively painless and the staff are always helpful and cheerful. Dr Shao did a fabulous job of explaining everything and keeping me comfortable during my procedures. I highly recommend going in for a consultation if you are even thinking about getting treatment.

I absolutely recommend Dr. Shao at Indiana Vein Specialists. He and all staff I have encountered over the last few months have been fantastic. Everyone takes the time to make sure you understand procedures, recovery, etc. They take the time to answer all of my questions. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming, kind, and relaxed. I did not know what to expect, but Dr. Shao and his team made my appointments, dare I say, almost enjoyable. I appreciate them all. This has been a very positive experience.

Everyone at IVS is great - from the techs to the Doc. We have never felt rushed. Doctor Shoonover took as much time as we needed to understand the procedures. He did a great job of explaining what was happening and why and checked 2 or 3 times to make sure we understood and didn't have any further questions. During the procedure everyone involved was friendly and professional. Their banter with each other made it obvious they get along. That is a sign of a well run practice. Everyone seems to enjoy their job. Oh, and the procedure went great.
