I was in a car wreck in my 20s. It messed up my back. I've had some painful muscle knots since. I've used a range of modalities to help with them over the years. I've been getting massages at Healing Roots for a couple years now. The knot at the top of my neck released earlier this year. The mid-back let loose today. For the first time, in more than 45 years, my back doesn't hurt.
