Kathy is the only nail tech that I have used. She is ridiculously talented, particularly her artistic talent. She is fast but watches her work very close, so sit back and relax. You are in excellent hands. I am recently new to this nail bar, maybe 6 appointments? Including pedicures… Kathy uses Gel-X for my nails. She will tell you that she’s going to do something fun, very unbothered and very upfront, that if you don’t care for it, she will try something else. I have never had the need for her to try anything else because I’ve liked everything she’s put on my hands or feet. I love coming to crown nail lounge. I get gel x and they turn out great every time I don’t bother booking with one person because they all do a great job. I also love the ease of being able to book online!Update - last time I was there I noticed they started charging up service for “long length” I have always got medium length and asked about the extra charge- the lady at the front said it was always a charge. The two girls kept making faces at each other when I was asking about this and the discounts they have a sign that shows what they honor.There definitely wasn’t except for the one time I truly got long length which is not for me I found out!Anyway for $87...read full review

Been here twice service is always amazing and super friendly. being a guy theyve never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable coming in which seems to be a rare thing these days. 10/10 recommend.
