We currently live in a 20+ year old Modular home and have been trying to build another Modular home for a few years. We liked the Commodor Greenwood floor plan, but could not find a Modular Model Home to look at anywhere in the Midwest. The manufacturer provided us interior pictures of Premier Homes' Julie model (a version of the Greenwood). Premier was halfway between our 2 properties, so we asked if we could stop in and look at their Modular models. They were more than happy to let us check out their models, even though we were out of their service area. We were blown away. I have nothing but good to say about EVERYONE at Premier Homes. Cheryl Bailey was the stand out for me. My home county drove me crazy with lack of help and delays. Cheryl was soooo patient with all my delays and questions and along with her adxice and help I made a new friend. Thanks very, very much, Cheryl

Home was well built and on schedule. Premiere homes did an excellent job with the finishing of the house. Cheryl Bailey is an excellent project coordinator. Anything wee need or questioned she had covered in a short amount of time. I have recommended this company to a few friends.
