LOVE this yoga studio! It’s a very welcoming environment and the teachers are super knowledgeable. All classes are modifiable for the individual, so beginners need not worry! Don’t be intimidated by the heat - you get used to it quickly and benefits are innumerable!

Been Doing Yoga with this studio since 2005. Excellent Instruction, facilities, community, class types and schedule options. Great Place to get a session while you're in town on Business too!
