Started coming here after going to another eye care facility in town. This place has A much nicer facility compared to the other place. The staff is very friendly and very overgoing. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody. I have nothing bad to say about them and the office manager, I think her name was Lori is top-tier in my Eye doctor I think her name was Dr. Brewer was phenomenal. 10/10

This office doesn't want the best for you, they only want your money. The office manager Lori was INCREDIBLY rude, and hateful to my Grandmother about her insurance. I would strongly encourage you to go to a different facility, and know your coverage. It would also be a nice touch if they at least greeted patients whenever they walk through the door. This place is miserable.

Dr Simpson was fantastic. He was very quick but informative!! It had been a few years since I had been seen and he met all of my needs greatly. And I will be back because of him. They are also in my neighborhood which is very convenient for me.The lab staff was great! They helped me figure out which column my insurance covered and I was helped quickly and efficiently.The receptionist was not so great unfortunately. I am writing this review in hopes it reaches the right people. Her name was Avery I believe and from the moment I called on the phone and told her my insurance she was very short with me. I just thought you know they are probably really busy!! No big deal. When I came in for my first appointment today she was a little dismissive towards me before I even asked if she could let me know what my insurance covered. When I asked her if she could please let me know what my insurance covers for glasses, she informed me i had already used what my insurance covers which I was sure I did not but understood completely and had to call my insurance company. I was never rude or short with her. She continued being a little off putting. I then called my insurance company. They told me I had coverage. They called the people who provide the vision insurance and they confirmed I had not used my coverage. So, these two representatives and myself called the office to just let them know the coverage was available. Myself nor the representatives were in any kind of bad mood or rude but this receptionists was. I personally am okay because I understand people have bad days. But anyone else would have felt bad for being discriminated against for having Medicaid. I was treated poorly by her based on her experience with them paying. It turns out that she wasn’t understanding the coverage correctly. She told my insurance company after cutting everyone on the line off, multiple times, “ ok so maybe I just won’t accept Medicaid anymore”. I have coverage. I don’t understand why I was treated so poorly. I reallly liked dr Simpson and that is why is returned to pick out my frames. I received no apology. Instead I heard the staff talking amongst themselves that my representative was screaming at her which wasn’t the case. My representative was definitely upset with how I was being treated so please don’t get my wrong there, but this was only after the receptionist had been so negative and rude to everyone on the phone just trying to get it straightened out.I asked to speak to Dr Simpson via text message as I received a text right after I had called the office in hopes to speaking with him. I have yet to get a response regarding me liking to speak with him regarding the complaint the insurance company made. I’m not sure if my message is even getting relayed. I will be back to see dr Simpson but am extremely disappointed in some of the staff. I hope this helps someone!

Very friendly! The doctor was excellent and explained everything very well! But unfortunately the contacts don’t work for me. My eyes have changed since the the last visit and they said No change in vision from a year ago, so the new contacts are not working I need them stronger. I attempted to contact them to fix the problem, but they said I would have to pay again for a new visit!!!! Didn’t get it right the first time. Sorry to say I will be finding a new doctor.?
