Wonderful staff! My Spencer got into something and her face was swelled up. I got right in with an appointment on a Sunday! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by friendly and caring faces! Yasmin kept me informed of everything! Dr. Novak treated Spencer immediately! I can’t say enough good things about this ER. If I ever have another emergency I’ll be sure to come back to this one! (Hopefully no more ER visits!) I had heard rumors they were good and the rumors were correct! Thank you to the whole crew from the time I walked in and out! Oh and prices are very reasonable! The swelling is going down!

If you're looking for an absolute dream team, this vet group is it. I do not say this lightly since we have had our fair share of dismissal from other vets. We discovered a large mass on our senior golden retriever and they saw us within 2 days of calling. The scheduler was so kind and compassionate about our situation. The techs were very nice & comforting upon arrival. Once we were seen, Dr. Rizzo was exactly what we had hoped for with clear knowledge and a kind yet direct plan of action for our boy. Our journey has just begun but I cannot say enough about our initial interaction with VSP. Thank you, Dr. Rizzo & team for loving our boy as much as we do!
