Worked me in as a critical emergency. Demonstrated kindness, compassion, and empathy. Helped me to find the best course of action for my pet and my budget. Was well worth the 2 hour drive from Bloomington to see them. Will continue to make the drive for this excellent care. Totally recommend them!

I have had the unfortunate need to utilize this practice for all 3 of my dogs for various specialized care. Every interaction I’ve had with them (which is well over 20 visits, no exaggeration), has always been a positive experience given the circumstances. Every vet tech, vet assistant, and both of the doctors are kind, professional, and compassionate about the care they give. Scheduling is easy through their website and I have never had issues with availability. One thing I absolutely love about this practice is the communication. I can email or even text them with concerns or questions and I get a reply quickly within a couple hours from one of the veterinarians....read full review

Dr. Rizzo is professional, compassionate and extremely intelligent. He was able to thoroughly explain my cat's heart condition and the treatment plan. My cat had an echocardiogram and multiple other diagnostic procedures. All were completed in just under 2 hours. The staff is absolutely wonderful, too.
