Everyone from VSP we have talked to about issues with our pet have taken time to listen, evaluate our observations, and asses the pet option for our pet. The doctors do not rush the visit and make sure to take time to fully explain details with us. We cannot be more thankful for using VSP. Everyone we have had interactions with have been great! Both doctors that we have interacted with have been knowledgeable and very processional. We have spoken to Chelsea a lot via phone and SMS messages and she has been great too.
