At my first appointment, Carl spent hours working with me to gently release my (many) knotted muscles. There was no pain involved. The next morning my body actually felt rested. I had forgotten what that felt like! I look forward to my next visit - highly recommend!!!
I’d give Carl 10 stars, if I could! I was in pain for 10 years - one session with Carl he had me as pain-free in asong as I can remember. Gave me hope of having an active lifestyle again. Can’t say thank you enough ❤️
I scheduled an appointment thinking there’d be candles and spa music. I quickly learned it was not that kind of massage. It was better. I learned a lot about my muscles and fascia and connective tissue and why I was having issues. Most importantly, I learned how I could fix many of them myself. Carl is extremely knowledgeable and I’m grateful for how much better and all that I learned!
