I had the pleasure to have Cierra B do my facial and it was the greatest experience! She took her time to explain each step and tell me the benefits from the treatment. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and listened to any concerns I had. I woke up feeling and looking better than ever. I will be back for many sessions

I want to love this place for hair but... [I've been a client for a little over a year, had about 10 hair appointments (cut and single color, or root touch ups), with lower and upper level students] ...here are my biggest complaints and repeated instances of issues...
1) Did not check their work prior to having the instructor come check. My biggest issues here were unevenness of haircut, and lack of color coverage around face and hairline. Like I literally never saw the stylist step back (or come in closer) for a second look/check on for those things before calling in their instructor.
2) Did not wash out all the color gel. Specifically around the nape of the neck or back of the head. Then they proceeded to comb, cut, and attempt to dry those areas where it was apparent that the gel was still very present. The price is reasonable and it's easier for me than doing a box application from home, but I get about the same results in terms of color. I still end up having to wash out some gel when I get back home.
These seem like easy things to improve on. And (in my opinion) wouldn't be issues if the stylist took more pride in their work.
Again I want to love this place, but maybe I set my expectations too high. 3 stars because it gets the job done for a reasonable price, but not in an impressive way.

I came in and got the seasonal back facial and wasn’t sure what it really was bc I’ve never had one , but I will be back for another !!! MeKenzie Offutt was amazing ! She made me feel relaxed , help me understand what kind of facial I was getting and even made my neck area feel less tense. If you’ve never had a back facial well I highly recommend trying it and going to the TSPA in Evansville IN ask for Mekenzie Offutt she is the best !!!!! Wonderful experience 🙌
