First I have to mention the name Fred Emory. Fred is a representative/sales person for SERVPRO. He is the reason I called SERVPRO when I had a flood in my house. SERVPRO responded immediately and were able to save my original floors and carpet, baseboards and kitchen cabinets from incurring any damage because they got there right away. Their staff was professional. Fred checked on me often during the 10 day restoration to make sure that all was going smoothly and that all my family needs were met.
