Was so wonderful, I am a west sider and had to go to the north side for some shopping and stopped in and felt right at home with Adahlynn. She was customer oriented and very informative. I later learned that she was a new hire and kudos to who did her onboarding because she was spot on. I wanted to leave her a tip, but was told that it was frowned apon. I was very satisfied with her and being in the service industry myself recognized that she went above and beyond.
Elijah is great. He’s always friendly and was kind enough to approve extending a session I had purchased that was going to expire before I could use it. Nora was the associate who asked Elijah for me and I appreciate her effort toward customer satisfaction. It’s been a few years since I’ve tanned and I already feel welcomed back and comfortable.
