Jake was absolutely great at explaining everything and even showing me what was wrong with my AC and why it wasn’t working properly! He was very friendly and had a great attitude! If I ever need services again I’m definitely requesting him!

An a/c unit shut down in ninety degree weather recently. Brian showed up promptly and on time. He is a knowledgeable and friendly individual. The unit was out of warranty and we discussed repairing or replacing it. We went with the latter and my tenant had a/c again within 24 hours. Brian has arranged for repairs and installations for me multiple times. Thanks K&W!

The guy that came out I believe his name was Wayne was very professional was very respectful and got our AC up and running again in no time at all he needed a part and didn’t have the right one with him so he ran and got the correct part so all was great thank you for your service we are very Happy with the work that was done
