Needed a screen repair on my phone. Reasonable price and done quickly. Went back in to pick up. I needed another screen protector and a case. Guy at counter just handed me my phone and took payment. I was ready to buy more stuff but he didn’t seem interested in making more money. Went to another shop and got the items I needed. They Missed a sale. But decent service.

Great Customer Service!!! I needed my smartphone repaired, because the battery was swelling in my cellphone and had caused the back to come loose from the adhesive on onecwhole side. I kept loosing power every little bit., rendering my phone useless. The guys at Phone Smart Repair Westside is very patient with all my concerns and questions. They told me exactly what was wrong and they could fix it right then. They were very reasonable priced. Very Professional and replaced my battery,and sealed the back of my phone back up and made it look brand new!!! You cant even tell the back was ever apart from the seam. Excellent workmanship plus 3 months warranty. I will DEFINITELY come back here again. They deserve your business

Excellent service! Before repairing my iPhone screen, the tech tested other items that might be damaged as a result of shattered screen. He shared those results and what it would mean for fully using the phone. They repaired it with in 45 mins and called to let me know it was ready. Phone Smart Repair West side location is now my repair shop of choice.

Brought my iPad in a few days ago to get my cracked screen fixed and when I got it back there’s this small white dot on the screen and parts of the screen doesn’t work like it should
