I have had an issue with my garage door for a few weeks, and had to communicate back and forth with Kendra at the office. She made the process very easy, went above and beyond to help me out, and followed through with everything we talked about. She worked with me on having techs come to my home to take a look at my convenience. After communicating with me to find the right time, Kylen & Cameron showed up at my house to look into the issue. These 2 were amazing!! They both tried several things to figure out what was going on. After being determined to figure it out, the problem was resolved 100%. They were super friendly, helpful, and made the process much better than I thought it would be!! 10/10 recommend Overhead Door!!

Eddie diagnosed our garage door problem, installed a new cable and bracket, reset the travel limits -- all in one hour in the blistering July heat! He's a champ, and the office manager was also very helpful and accommodating!
