This was my first time in this eye care shop, and everyone is very friendly. But after a nice lady finished with my eye measurements, etc. I was told to go look at all the frames and pick out the frames I liked while I waited on the optometrist to call me into the room. In which my appointment was at 8:45 a.m. and the lady was done with me by 9:15 a.m. and as I looked at my clock and saw it was then 10:58 a.m. and I had a Doctor's appointment at 11:10 a.m. with a different doctor, I had to stop one of the ladies as she walked by and asked if she knew how much longer it would be for the optometrist to call me into his room, she was very apologetic that I had been... read full review

I visited for the first time this week. I was very impressed by all staff. Everyone was friendly and explained in detail each test. Dr. Russ was very nice and put me at ease immediately. The process of picking out new frames was quick and easy. I will definitely recommend Northside Eyecare to others.

Update: Still highly recommend. Dr. Hannah Powers is the best for little ones. And for adults! She is so patient and always goes above and beyond for us.Got an appointment right away. Doctor and staff were amazing and professional. Didn’t push me to buy anything. Eye exam was very thorough.4 stars because nobody was wearing a mask. Made me very uncomfortable considering what’s going on in the world.
