We were able to walk in right away but I was disappointed in the initial service. My daughter had acrylics and had asked before we sat down if they could do a specific design. She was told yes. Both of us felt like the technicians were super rushed and frantic. My nail tech started working on my hands before I had soaked them so I asked if my service included a manicure because my cuticles were in bad shape. She said yes and then got water to soak but she immediately proceded with the service and my nails soaked for about 30 seconds. Today was my first time there and Lily was absolutely amazing! She made me feel pretty! Not to mention she was very kind and informative on all my questions!! I will be returning!!
Chris absolutely amazing job. My nails where a disaster, he actually listened and got nails exactly as I asked for. This place is awesome and I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Guys and Ladies
