“This is the most wonderful nail place in the area. I have tried so many other nail salons and have been treated as though I am a burden on them. They would be annoyed by my design choice or that I wanted more than one color. Not at Pampered Nails though! Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. The staff is so accommodating. One time I showed up on a Sat with no appointment fully expecting them to ask me to come back at a different time. They didn't though, 3 different people worked on me that day, they had to trade out because their appointment showed up and they had to take care of them, rightfully so but they were still able to get me taken care of even though it took 3 people. I didn't mind because like I said I didn't have an appointment but they still made it work for me. Lona and her team are wonderful and I truly appreciate the kindness. Thank you!“
