The staff is extremely friendly, and they always put my safety first when I come in for a session! I was very anxious of laser, but the cooling system they use helps manage the mild sting that comes with any laser any treatment!

I always have a great experience when I go into the Evansville location. All the girls are friendly and make me feel comfortable! Even though I don't always book with the same person, each RN takes time to review my file thoroughly beforehand. It renews my confidence that they are the experts and I can trust them to advise me on how to get the best results from my appointments!

I had such an amazing experience during my consultation at Milan Laser, and I just had to share how wonderful it was. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. Miranda was truly the absolute sweetest person. She made the entire process feel so comfortable and stress-free, which I really appreciated. I’ve honestly never felt more at ease or more welcomed during a consultation before. She took her time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and made sure I understood every step of the process. What stood out the most was how genuine and kind she was. She really cares about making sure you feel confident and informed. By the end of the appointment, I felt completely reassured and excited moving forward.
