I actually live in Henderson and while the urgent care I typically go to is great, it is a bit pricey and I called this location to seek a more affordable option. I’m so glad I did, it was worth the little extra drive! Not only was I able to save money while we are approaching Christmas, but the staff took such great care of me in such a timely manner. I am really so appreciative of the care I received. Thank you all so much!
The doctor and staff were excellent and took care of my illness, evaluated me and was thorough. Very kind polite and caring. Mercy Urgent Care is a great facility and get you through in a timely manner.
Wait time was only 6 mins. because had been before Doctor very professional and caring before left office got a steroid shot for my ear infection and when given shot did not feel anything received from a Great Nurse and doctor prescribed my antibiotic. Just Very Great Professional Staff.
