The unbelievably long wait times for no reason whatsoever. The unprofessionalism of certain providers here and the up turned noses at people who are uninsured are pathetic. If you dont have compassion or empathy, please dont work in the medical field in any capacity. I have a severe shoulder injury that this place just wrote off now, I need surgery. Do better. Your patients deserve better.
Don't use the Book Online section from Google. They cant find my appointment that I set hours ago with a confirmation email. They said theyre not sure where my information went. I asked to report it but they just shrugged their shoulders like theyre not worried about a direct Google link, potentially going to a third party that is stealing your information. They couldn't find my appointment anywhere and now I have to wait while being super sick and now super scared because I dont know where my medical information went even though its a direct link from Google off the listing. Please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Deidra At the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. You can tell those two women if they do not want to deal with patients or clients. I’ve never met individuals in healthcare that were so unwilling to help another individual. They wouldn’t even move the glass to talk to me. Honest to goodness this place is really just whack and kindness
