Went there several times ... Not thrilled cause it's usually idk but could be ... Or they just don't care... This last visit broke the camels back... My daughter had a deep gash that needed stitches ... Even nurse thought so and had we sign a waiver.... But instead we glue it because we just don't want to take the time to actually help my daughter ... Great job deaconess
When I came in tonight 7/27/26, the lady at the front desk was not happy. I’m sorry I’m inconveniencing you maam. She didn’t listen to my symptoms before cutting me off as if I was insignificant bc she then went into how long of a wait I would have and I said “that’s okay, I’ll wait.” And she rolled her eyes and said “okay it’s just that we’ve had a lot of patients with injuries come in.” And I put my wallet down and said “oh okay, I’ll find somewhere else thanks though.” Very rude this was at 7:25 PM
The last 3 times I've been there they've done nothing. Went in sick,they said it was allergies. Charged me almost 400 after insurance, ended up being pneumonia and spreading it to my wife who spent 2 weeks in the icu and a month on oxygen once she got home. Had an appointment today and at my appointment time they said it would be 2.5 to be seen. They used to be really good there,and I'm sure some of the people there are but what happened? I won't be going back
