Jenna N. Smith, NP is a professional and nice practice. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. Patients have had great experiences, with one saying it was a great experience and they would recommend to anyone. The practice is especially good at explaining what they are going to do before they do it. The staff is kind and helpful, even in urgent situations. One patient was grateful to be seen on the same day after the front desk staff conferred with a nurse. Patients appreciate the calm and caring manner of the practice, which puts them at ease. Overall, Jenna N. Smith, NP provides a positive and supportive experience for patients.
Jenna Smith was very professional and nice. My only problem was when I received a letter from this office as about a missed appointment. I had to cancel due to being exposed to COVID, as I explained. The letter explained that it would be their choice not to accept me as a patient if I missed more appointments. I don't think that the letter was appropriate nor necessary.
Jenna is very sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and caring in her role as an NP in her OBGYN specialty. I just met her for the first earlier this week at my appointment and loved her!
I’m pregnant and was having some issues. I had to stop by the office to pick up some paperwork, and I asked the front desk if they thought I should go to OBED. The front desk staff conferred with Dr. Lannert’s nurse, and she was actually able to get me in to see Jenna that day. I was so grateful. She could have said no. She is so kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone.
