The absolute best experience I've ever had at any doctors office. Hand down, no contest. They have recently fixed the check-in procedure by removing the web cams. The staff is always helpful, I've nvere asked a question and been told that I needed to wait while they find someone that knows the answer. You can schedule telehealth here, text and setup appointments, urgent care style walk-ins, and the list just goes on and on. I recently received a free session of laser tattoo removal because I had reffered a certain number of patients to the office. Thanks go out to this office for helping me start off 2024 by removing dumb tattoos.
After years of being ignored for a back and neck injury in California I was about to give up. I moved moved to Newburgh and saw Dr Malek and his staff. They listened to me. Now with the MRI 's we all know I have a severe spinal cord injury. I am on blood pressure medication and have my own blood pressure machine. I feel so safe. In California almost they wanted to do was nothing and now I am getting help. Right in tome too. I love this office and staff and mean that. Thank you to all here . You are saving my life
