Tree roots were creating an obstruction in the sewer line. Sam took amazing care of us. I’d give Sam 10 ⭐️’s if I could! Not only was he an excellent serviceman, he was personable, explained everything, efficient, fair, and caring! He recommended a product to use once a year to help eliminate future problems. As he was leaving he even reminded me that the fence gate was open and needed to be closed so the dog wouldn’t get out. What a great guy!!!! He would be an asset to any company. Hydromax is fortunate he’s on their service team.
