We have had nothing but great experiences at this vet clinic. Our dog Chunk is always in good hands and they have great customer care. They are always so excited to see Chunk and he loves all of the love he gets when he goes for his appointments. We are able to get in soon and they are always thorough. The clinic is clean and has affordable prices (compared to others we have been to with other pets). We highly recommend Greenbrier.

On 12/20, our wonderful, sweet boy Scrappy Doo took a turn for the worst. He had dealt with health issues over the years, including GI problems and more recently hypoglycemia. We had always caught it early enough to seek medical care or managed to treat it before it became critical. This time was different. We searched as quickly as we could, and Greenbrier took him in without hesitation. The compassion, sympathy, and empathy they showed us meant more than words can express. Scrappy passed shortly after arrival. Our hearts are completely broken. The loss of our family member will never fully heal, but we cannot thank Greenbrier enough for being there for us when we needed them most. It is rare to find a place willing to take you in with no notice during such a heartbreaking moment. They told us they would be collecting his paw print for us, but they went above and beyond by also collecting his nose print. That small act of kindness means the world to us. Thank you for standing with us during one of the hardest days we have ever had to face

I called on Saturday first thing to ask for a last minute euthanasia as my dog took a rapid decline. The vet was unwilling to take 30 minutes past their last appointment to end her suffering. As a previous client I was shocked at the lack of empathy shown. She suffered another 36 hours as I did not have the means to go an emergency facility. She did NOT go peacefully. I am truly appalled by the vet's attitude on duty 9/28/2024.

We have been a long-standing pet family whose animals have all been cared so well for through Greenbrier Animal Hospital in Evansville, IN. The staff and Vets are very compassionate, competent, and go the extra mile to communicate with their clients. The quality of care is outstanding. The only complaint is that they're so respected and popular that it's hard to easily get an appointment. We love this team, and will be forever thankful for their care of our most beloved pets.
