I'm unsatisfied with the service. From what I've seen here corporate overworks their employees. And then has them tell everybody we're short staffed. Stop over booking to make your profits and you will have time for your patience. It's obvious that corporate is aware of what's going on. Yet does nothing to aleve the situation.
Up date 4-1-26.after coming here for over 2 years I have notice nothing but improvements in the operation of this Green River Rd, 47715 office. Thank you Familia one and all for listening and improving.Still continue to improve please.
I have had 7 teeth pulled before and this by far was the least painful for me. The dentist was amazing and only numbed a small area needed. She caused me no pain at all. No pain for the numbing shots or the pulling of the tooth. The dental assistant made sure to comfort me before and during the procedure. The whole staff was very helpful and efficient. This was the best dentist I've ever been to and I highly recommend them
My appointment was for 12pm however they got to me much sooner, the staff is next friggin level and they addressed all of my dental needs and explained the whole process to me in a manner in which I was able to follow, but most importantly to me was how they made me feel from the time I walked in to the time I walked out.
