Excellent customer service. Sam at the Service Desk is kind and competent. I have worked in some form of customer service for more than 20 years and this is the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Not exaggerating. I went there really worried about my engine and everything was taken care of. I was treated kindly and kept updated.

The service department was exceptionally busy during my visit due to software updates on Kia's anti theft. The service was performed in the time frame scheduled. I was very pleased.

I've worked with Brian on a number of different car deals and always felt respected and taken care of. This dealership is always clean and when it came time for getting things done they move quickly and try to get you out of there without it taking all day. I have been disappointed by other dealerships locally, but never this one. I will continue to do business with them as the opportunities come up and i don't hesitate to refer them to friends and family.
