The service techs and staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had a complete AC Condenser replacement unit replaced indoors and out in one day. I always felt in the loop for scheduling and always had my questions answered. E.L. Walter's replaced my furnace earlier in the year and did amazing work then too. I would recommend them for all HVAC work.
Service was timely, complete and the reviewed the worked they had done for me. I also asked they install a smart thermostat that I had purchased and the handle it without a hitch. I recommend EL Walters without hesitation. The price I paid was for both a spring and fall maintenance on system.
My guy that came out and looked at my units was very uniform and well mannered also very knowledgeable about my units. He even went over alot of things about my units with me and explained what was going on. I give 5 stars to that man and a, A+ to the company ??
