Service was timely, complete and the reviewed the worked they had done for me. I also asked they install a smart thermostat that I had purchased and the handle it without a hitch. I recommend EL Walters without hesitation. The price I paid was for both a spring and fall maintenance on system.

My guy that came out and looked at my units was very uniform and well mannered also very knowledgeable about my units. He even went over alot of things about my units with me and explained what was going on. I give 5 stars to that man and a, A+ to the company 👍👍

I bought a new house before Thanksgiving 2025. My hvac was very old and started blowing out carbon monoxide. I have 2-10 HBW so I EL Walters is who came out and fixed the problem for me. They replaced my heater with no problems. I talked with Theresa alot and she was so professional and sweet and i could really tell she wanted to help fix the problem. They deal with HBW all the time so I was comforted in that. Braden and the other guy who fixed my heater were very professional and I have had no issues. Any issues I have from here forward I feel comfortable going through them. EL Walters
