Marcus was very professional, kind, explained what he was doing and ask me to double check before he unhooked machines. We also had him clean sofa and 3 recliners. The freshener he used smell great. Thank yo Marcus for a job well done.

I had contractors mark uo brand new carpet and new owners moving in over the weekend. Was 4pm on friday, the start of a 3 day holiday weekend, Marcus had already finished his day and cleaned up but when i called he loaded up and drove to ownsboro. He got in there got it done and was on his way fast and very professionally. He will be my first call everytime!

Excellent customer service and extremely professional. I had massive amounts of dog poop and Marcus cleaned my carpet and got all the stains out. Definitely recommend him for all my carpet needs
