We have been with this company for over 20 years and have ALWAYS been highly satisfied!!! The people in this company are amazing!!! Special shout out to Derek, Amy, and Josh for always taking such great care of us and our pest control needs! We truly appreciate all of you!
Switched to Arrow from another company and sure glad we did! Whether I'm talking to them on the phone or a technician is at our house, they are courteous and professional. Kudos to Josh K. who was out here the other day helping with swarming ants - he thoroughly examined the areas affected, treated and went above and beyond explaining what was happening and how to manage any issues in the future. We'll be staying with Arrow for our pest control needs!
I’ve been a customer since 2015 for termite and pest control. For my annual termite inspection, Paul has been very professional, personable and helpful. For my quarterly pest inspections, Josh has been equally as awesome. These guys always go the extra mile and answer any question/concern that I have. I couldn’t recommend these guys and Arrow enough. A++ all around
