Champion came out to my house to give me an estimate on my patio door. Dre Davis is very intergetic and has a TON of knowledge about the products and the company. If I owned a company and had his application I would hire him immediately. I can't wait for my door to come in!

If I could leave less than a zero for the installation company for these windows I would. 2 of the windows wouldn't open due to excessive caulk at top. Window was caulked shut. I had a total home window replacement. Puddles of caulk all up and down the sides and bottom of windows. Caulk looks likes some kid stuck play doh in the corners with their thumbs. None of the guys that were here the day of the installation could make a straight line of caulk. I have never seen such a poor job. The owner of the company is the worst. He has been here 3 times for a repair and every time he leaves it looks worse. He has even used the wrong color the last time! I am so ashamed of my new windows I don't want to show them to anyone. I asked for the owner to get ahold of a service rep to come and look at some of these windows because they are damaged beyond repair. we will see how it goes. I have been totally stressed ever since I got these installed. One thing after another with the owner of the construction company that did the work. I am sure this window is damaged from the owner's lack of knowledge and respect for his workmanship. I called American Window and they can't do anything to help so I guess they just sell to any body. I thought companies sold to people that had experience and stood behind their product. I guess I am wrong about that. So beware!

I work closely with the American Window & Glass team every day. They are very responsive to request for information or help. I can always call and speak with someone local. If someone doesn't know the answer to my question, they know who to ask. Sometimes people think "Local Operations" are small mom and pop shops. However, at American Window & Glass, you can be assured that they will treat and respect you better than any corporateran company I have dealt with. AW&G has the knowledge and products to compete with the corporate ran manufacturing world.

I have these windows & sliding door's in my home and they are great. Absolutely no complaints. Great product ? Lifetime warranty

Have replaced two of the fan shape windows since the home was built on 2002.Now the third one has the same problem seal is broke…no warranty on replaced windows…Would not recommend these windows.

They are a very toxic workplace from what I have heard. They also have fights at this place and let people still walk in there and go to work everyday without firing them. There is cops always walking around. They don’t get on to people for what they wear and if they aren’t doing their job, they will not say anything to them. I don’t recommend working at this place if you don’t want to get fired for no reason, wanna do everyone else’s job, or just wanna be in a toxic environment. They let everyone talk down to everyone. They also let their workers do whatever they want. Every single person that I have talked to that works here has always had to reason to just walk out and leave. I would rate 0/5 if I could.
